Jayesh Elson

Senior Technician

I started at AWP in 2016 as an Apprentice, and I have spent my time in one of the three design infrastructure teams, along with Jacob DLC, Robbie, Jacob H, Ollie T & Mitchell.

During my apprenticeship I attended a civil engineering course at Exeter college and I have completed my HNC. I am now mentoring new apprentices, and responsible for leading the design work & delivery on sections of some of AWP’s largest projects which I attend weekly meetings. This is enabling me to continue gaining many different skills, and I look forward to developing them as my career progresses.

I love to listen to live music and going to gigs/festivals, I have a few booked in this year. I’m also a passionate football fan who supports Liverpool, it’s always our year!
