We are pleased to be part of the Yelverton Properties team working with Exeter City Football Club to help deliver the proposed redevelopment of St James Park. We will be undertaking the engineering input into this mixed use scheme and look forward to helping Yelverton Properties and ECFC deliver this much needed scheme.

Over the last few months we have been developing our office travel plan looking to practice what we preach. One of the staff suggestions coming out of that process was to provide a weatherproof shelter over the bike rack. This was recently installed just in time to accommodate our new cyclists who helped us finish 3rd in our category in the Devon Cycle Challenge. Many thanks to our neighbours Alder King and Devon County Council for contributing towards the cost of the new shelter. Clients are welcome to use it for project meetings held at AWP HQ.

During the last month, we've welcomed three new colleagues to our growing team.Tom Richards joined us as a Technical Assistant and is working with Alex and the Transport Planning team. We'll sponsor Tom through his BTEC 4 studies at Exeter College. Annabel Harris and Andy Higgins have joined as graduate engineers after recently completing their MEng in Civil Engineering at Cardiff and Exeter Universities respectively. Annabel is working with Chris and the Flood Risk guys while Andy is working with Dan and his team on highway design works. Welcome to all three of our new starters (two cyclists and a car sharer, in case you were wondering).
