Latest planning permission for Wainhomes

Last week West Devon District Council resolved to grant Planning Permission for a second phase of development at Batheway Fields, North Tawton.

Working on behalf of Wainhomes, AWP were appointed to undertake the Transport Assessment, Flood Risk Assessment, drainage strategy and preliminary engineering details to support a detailed planning application for 65 dwellings on land to the west of the recently completed Phase 1 scheme (which was one of our first projects at AWP). Preparations are now under way for the Phase 2 detailed infrastructure design meaning our involvement in the scheme is set to continue into its sixth year.
