Planning approval for new Nansledan School

We were pleased to see the new Nansledan Primary Schoolwas granted planning permission recently.

We provided engineering and masterplanning work to support the planning application and are now undertaking infrastructure design workon the discharge of planning conditions and a S278for the access. The AWP team, led by Pete, provided the transport, drainageand servicesadvice and worked closely with the Duchy design team to ensure the design was coordinated.

The opening of the new school will be a key milestone in the growth of this urban extension at Newquaywhich will ultimately accommodate 4,000 dwellings, employment uses, a new high street and food retail as well as other mixed uses.
