Planning permission for Jameson Homes

We were pleased to see South Hams District Council grant full planning permission for Jameson Homes' proposed development in Diptford.

The proposed residential development comprises twelve dwellings (four affordable dwellings and eight open market dwellings) together with access, car parking and associated landscaping and drainage works on a challenging sloping site.

We undertook highways and drainage design to support the detailed planning application and are now working on the infrastructure design works to enable work to start on site later this year.

This is the second scheme we have worked on for Jameson Homes, having previously undertaken a similar scope of works for their Spreyton site in West Devon.
