Planning permission for Torridge DC

Outline planning permission has been granted for 300 new homes with associated infrastructure and public open space on land at Cleave Wood, East-the-Water, Bideford.
Woking on behalf of the applicant, Torridge District Council, Alex led the AWP team that provided technical support for the application on transportation matters, including the access strategy, Transport Assessment, Framework Travel Plan and traffic impact assessment extending to cover 4 key junctions in the town. We subsequently provided support during the preparation of the associated S106 Agreement, finalising details of the associated mitigation strategy.
