Planning permission for Wyatt Homes and Morrish Builders

We were delighted to hear that the scheme we have been working on for Wyatt Homes and Morrish Builders at Lytchett Matravers in Dorset was granted full planning permission recently.
We worked closely with the joint client team and project architects NEW Masterplanning to develop a design for a residential scheme of 46 new dwellings on the eastern edge of the village. We prepared a Flood Risk Assessment, Foul Drainage Strategy, Transport Statement, Highway Access Drawings and Preliminary Highway Layout drawings to support the detailed application. Alex and Toby also attended a public exhibition to answer any questions that local residents had about the proposed scheme.
