Planning permission in Cornwall

We were delighted to hear that Cornwall Council recently granted Reserved Matters Approval for the first phase of Cavanna Homes' development at Stratton Road, Bude. This development will provide 144 new homes consisting of 2, 3 & 4 bedrooms made up of terraced, semi-detached and detached homes.
We initially helped South West Strategic Developments secure outline permission for their mixed use development of 255 dwellings, a GP surgery, a Community Hall and an element of employment space back in 2016. We undertook our normal suite of engineering input to support this application.
Building on our knowledge of the site and its constraints, we were appointed by long standing client Cavanna Homes to develop our strategies into designs to support the RMA. Our infrastructure design team are currently undertaking the detailed design to obtain the necessary technical approvals and enable Cavanna's site team to mobilise.
We look forward to seeing this development being built out over the next few years.
