Projects update

Chris recently attended a Royal Winchester Houseprogress meeting. Demolition of the old 3M building, which dominated the Bracknell skyline for many years, has recently been completed and piling works for the new building will start shortly.

Closer to home, the demolition of the old Quintana Gate building in Exeter is now underway in advance of construction of the new student accommodation block. Alex has been leading our team on this project.

And across the southwest we reckon we have over 20 residential projects currently on site varying in size from a few houses up to the many hundreds in the latest phases of Poundburyand Nansledan. We're trying to do our bit to address the national shortfall in housing numbers.
