Site progress in Oxfordshire

18/09/18

We recently stopped off at Zero C's Bletchingdon development in Oxfordshire and were impressed by the progress of construction since our last visit.

The development, marketed as Duchy Field, was designed by Francis Roberts Architects and draws on the principles of the Arts and Crafts Movement of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The scheme consists of 40 open market houses, a further 18 affordable houses, a new village primary school and playing field, a village hall and shop.

Rodin's team secured S38, S104 and S278 Technical Approvals to enable Zero C to start work on site. Work is currently progressing well on site, as can be seen in the photos above.
