"AWP were able to offer both a broad range of key services and a vast wealth of local knowledge to the project. The team never failed to respond quickly, but more importantly for us, in a professional and proactive manner, heading off a number of issues that may have caused delay to the project if they had not be dealt with at the very outset."
Site progress on Exeter student accommodation blocks
Construction is well underway at three student accommodation blocks in the city where we helped secure planning permissions over the last few years.
The first photo and CGI above are of the Frog Street development on the old Radmore & Tucker site close to Exe Bridges. This scheme will deliver accommodation for 98 students starting at Exeter University this September.
The second photo is of the Quintana Gate scheme on the junction of Mary Arches St and Bartholomew St. This scheme will provide 127 student rooms with easy access to the University and the city centre.
The final photo is of the new student accommodation block on Old Tiverton Road. This scheme will deliver a further 312 rooms just a few minutes walk from the University campus.
These 500+ high quality student rooms will help Exeter University to continue to grow whilst protecting the existing family housing stock that historically have been converted into student lets.
