I have always enjoyed problem solving and finding the most effective way to unlock a site’s potential. My particular areas of expertise include masterplanning evaluations, detailed infrastructure design, drainage network modelling, adoption agreements, levels design and earthworks analysis. I enjoy working collaboratively with clients, colleagues and co-professionals to develop solutions that are technically robust, commercially viable and deliver long-term value.

I take pride in delivering attractive, well-considered schemes that create strong street scenes and a clear sense of place, responding sensitively to their surrounding context. I enjoy working on developments that cater for a diverse range of users, with a particular focus on interconnected amenity spaces that support movement, interaction, and community wellbeing.

I aim to improve the quality of the built environment by integrating infrastructure design and sustainable drainage systems (SuDS), helping to deliver outdoor spaces that are both functional and visually engaging. I place importance on green infrastructure and biodiversity, ensuring schemes contribute positively to their environment and offer long-term resilience.

A key part of my role is supporting the continued growth and development of our Development Infrastructure team. I am passionate about sharing knowledge, mentoring engineers and promoting best practice throughout project delivery. Maintaining high standards of quality whilst providing value for money is something I strongly believe in, and I take great satisfaction in exploring the latest technology to find new ways to achieve this.

Away from the office, I enjoy spending time with my family and making the most of life in Devon. In fact, AWP has played a particularly important role in my life as it’s where I met my wife, Annabel, making my return to the business even more special. I’m a keen motorsport enthusiast and lifelong petrol head with a particular interest in Formula 1, cars and motorbikes. When I’m not following the latest race weekend, you’ll often find me on the golf course, fishing, clay shooting or exploring the Devon countryside. I also enjoy collecting antiques, attending classic car shows and visiting National Trust properties discovering a little bit of history wherever I can.
