Our graduates, Cameron and Olivia, recently represented AWP at the STEM Placement and Graduate Fair at the University of Plymouth, sharing their experiences and insights into life at AWP.
As recent graduates themselves, they were able to connect with students on a personal level – discussing the wide range of career opportunities and professional development available within civil engineering at AWP. From hands-on project work to continuous learning and mentorship, they showcased how AWP supports early career growth in a dynamic and supportive environment. Events like this are a great way for us to meet future talent and highlight the exciting paths available within the civil engineering industry. We’re proud to continue building strong connections with universities and helping to inspire the next generation of engineers.
