This year, our annual team-building and training event took us away for a special trip to celebrate AWP’s 14th anniversary!
We started the day with a casual hike on Dartmoor, and luckily, the September weather was on our side! Some highlights were the incredible views around Haytor rocks, exploring the nearby quarry and meeting Dartmoor’s friendly wildlife.
The team were challenged to step outside their usual work groups and get to know colleagues they wouldn’t normally collaborate with.
With some team-building questions and an unexpected surprise from @ Paul Mattin, things soon turned into a mission to save damsels in distress! (quick-thinking First Aid improv was needed)

After our hike, we headed to Bovey Castle for some well-earned downtime. This was followed by a delicious three-course dinner, where we also celebrated some of the team’s recent achievements.
