Celebrating Success at AWP: Congratulations to Our Recently Promoted Team Members
At AWP, we are incredibly proud of our team and the progression of colleagues through their careers . Please join us in congratulating Ben, Ceri, Joe, and Jake on their well-earned promotions!
Joe has been promoted to Technician; we look forward to watching him develop further in this new position and his career!
Ben G has been promoted to Senior Technician; his promotion is a reflection of his continuous growth and highly valued contribution to our projects in Team Flood Risk and Drainage.
Ceri has stepped into the role of Senior Transport Planner. Ceri plays a key role in Team Transport and throughout the office in focus groups such as our Environmental Social Governance (ESG) group. In the past year he has also taken on project management responsibilities for schemes with some of our key clients, and become a highly respected member of their wider project teams.
Jake began his journey with AWP in 2013 as a new apprentice. Fast forward to 2025, he is now leading his own team and managing our design input to multiple complex projects for some of our key clients. Known for having a calm and collective approach no matter the challenge, we’re proud to announce his well-deserved promotion to Principal Engineer.
