Meet our two newest AWP apprentices, Fletcher and Sophie!
Fletcher started his apprenticeship and career with AWP and Exeter College in September 2024. Working towards his Level 3 Civil Engineering Technician qualification, Fletcher says, “I really enjoy being an apprentice at AWP. I always look forward to coming into the office, and the work I do is enjoyable.” Fletcher has settled in really well in Annabel’s design infrastructure team.
Sophie joined AWP last week and will be enrolling onto the Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship programme with Exeter College in March. As AWP’s first ever business admin apprentice, Sophie says, “Everyone’s been really welcoming and friendly, and even though we are younger than everyone else it hasn’t been noticeable. I’m really enjoying it so far and I’m excited to learn.”
AWP look forward to supporting all of our apprentices throughout their careers and we can’t wait to see what they achieve!
