"Although mental health is often talked about at AWP, Time to Talk Day felt like a good opportunity to sit down with coffee and cake and chat with colleagues. We practiced a number of mindfulness and grounding exercises which could be easily used in the workplace and dispelled a few mental health myths with a quiz at the end. It might only have been 30 minutes of our day, but the impact felt really positive."
