We undertook a Flood Risk Assessment to support the application to refurbish and extend the former restaurant with a new 1 st floor terrace overlooking the bay. The enlarged first-floor restaurant will be extended to take over two empty shop units and storage areas on the ground floor of this listed building.

Torbay Council approved the planning application in July 2019.
