AWP were appointed by developer Square Bay to provide engineering input to the developing masterplan for a prestigious development of fifty-eight 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom apartments and houses located on this challenging brownfield site. We prepared a Transport Statement , Utilities Assessment and a Flood Risk Assessment to support a detailed Planning Application that was approved by BANES early in 2015.

We subsequently provided engineering input to enable Acorn to discharge planning conditions in advance of starting construction on site.
