Working closely with Peregrine Mears Architects we undertook a Flood Risk Assessment, Transport Statement and Travel Plan that helped secure detailed planning approval by North Devon Council.

We think that the new Lifestyle Centre along with the previously completed Engineering Centre are excellent new facilities for both current and future Petroc students.
