We have been appointed by long-standing client Comer Homes to assist with the Reserved Matters Application and to contribute towards the discharge of planning conditions relating to matters of surface water drainage.

Our input includes engagement with both the London Port Authority and the Maritime Management Organisation over the proposed flood defence scheme associated with the development and also with Thames Water and the Royal Borough of Greenwich, as part of the South East London Flood Risk Management Partnership, to prepare a suitable scheme for the management and disposal of surface water runoff.
