We were initially appointed by Churchill Property Group to undertake the infrastructure design for this challenging brownfield redevelopment and the adjacent listed former Town Mill. We were subsequently appointed by Acorn to undertake the S38 highway design and the S104 drainage design for their 71 new dwellings on the southern part of the site. The scheme is a mixture of three-storey townhouses overlooking the River Otter and a terrace of new houses to match the existing Victorian terrace on Mill Street.

As you can see from the photos above, the Acorn redevelopment of the former factory site is nearing completion and, in our opinion, significantly improves the entrance when arriving into Ottery from Exeter.
