Working closely with architect LHC and client Yelverton Properties, we undertook a Flood Risk Assessment , Transport Assessment and a Utility Assessment to support the detailed planning application for this scheme. We also provided the same suite of services to support an application to construct a new modern design cricket pavilion to be built at the County Ground. In June 2014 both schemes were approved by Exeter City Council’s planning committee.

We subsequently undertook the detailed design of the highway access , external works and drainage for both the student accommodation block and the new Exeter Cricket Club pavilion as part of the Midas D&B team. Construction work was completed on programme ready to accommodate the 2016 cohort of Exeter University students.
