We have both office space at Pynes Hill in Exeter and a hybrid working policy to provide flexibility and opportunities for remote home working.

We provide our staff with excellent opportunities to get involved in all aspects of our design work. All of our engineers and technicians are encouraged and assisted to progress their professional qualifications through our ICE and TPP Training Schemes, with internal and external training opportunities being provided.

We have developed excellent relationships with Exeter College through the AWP Academy and won several awards for our Apprenticeship programme. From time to time, we also offer short-term work experience placements to those interested in learning more about what we do and what a career in civil engineering or transport planning could offer.
