We understand the importance of ensuring a package of measures is agreed that is reasonable in transport terms, whilst remaining cost-effective and not placing an unnecessary financial burden on the development of the site.
Collaborative Partnerships
True to our ethos of partnership we aim to build on good relationships with local highway authorities, National Highways and Active Travel England to scope the necessary assessments efficiently and reach agreement on any mitigation works that might reasonably be required with the objective of achieving commercially deliverable development projects. We have extensive experience of providing highway advice during the negotiation of S106 agreements to deliver such measures alongside development projects.
