Taylor Wimpey Job Swap

This August, AWP Technician, Mikey Rose, took on a job swap for a week with Aiden Pearcy, Assistant Engineer at Taylor Wimpey.

Mikey and Aiden are both on the Degree Apprenticeship Programme with the University of Exeter.

With Mikey’s financial and project management objectives, and Aiden’s technical objectives, this swap was a great way to achieve their learning goals, whilst providing training opportunities and gaining some hands-on experience within a different business.

A great experience all round and we’re looking forward to offering the same opportunity again to others next year!
