We like to describe ourselves as Development Planning and Infrastructure engineers. We work closely with developers and housebuilders, masterplanners and co-professionals to add engineering input from the initial stages of site evaluation and acquisition through the planning process to detail design.
Our team has the experience gained through the application of engineering knowledge in significant projects to be able to lead a multi-disciplinary team and deliver exactly what advice is required at the right time in a project. From a detailed understanding of how levels work across a site, to a broad knowledge of what technical support will be needed to appraise a site or submit a planning application and the steps necessary along the way, we aim to assist the teams we work with to fulfil their ambitions and achieve quality in development.
We like to think we are good communicators. Our senior staff all have plenty of experience of attending public consultation events, Design Review Panels, Enquiry by Design events and finally in preparing Proofs of Evidence and representing clients at Public Inquiries.
