"Although mental health is often talked about at AWP, Time to Talk Day felt like a good opportunity to sit down with coffee and cake and chat with colleagues. We practiced a number of mindfulness and grounding exercises which could be easily used in the workplace and dispelled a few mental health myths with a quiz at the end. It might only have been 30 minutes of our day, but the impact felt really positive."

This season we have sponsored the Westexe U13 football team, which includes Graham's son, Lennon. The team are now kitted out with AWP branded lightweight, waterproof training coats, ready for all the elements that the English weather can throw at them.
