We are a small, award-winning consultancy (currently just over 30 staff) and always on the look out for the right people to join our rapidly growing team.
We usually prefer to recruit entry level graduate civil engineers or technicians and train them to become the technically excellent engineers our clients expect of AWP. This provides a clear career path for our current team and prospective future team members.
We operate a training scheme for both graduates and technicians which is approved by the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). Further details are provided if you follow the links on the training page.
We do not use recruitment agencies for our recruitment as we prefer to engage with candidates directly. To this end we have developed excellent relationships with Exeter College and a number of regional universities.
