"It’s been great working with AWP on multiple projects including our site on Taunton Road in Wellington – A very personable team of lateral thinkers who can work through technical complexities turning around tasks swiftly whilst maintaining a high standard of work."

Mental Health Awareness Week 2018

14/05/18

It's Mental Health Awareness Week 2018.

AWP are getting involved through a series of events this week, the first of which were:

Coffee, Cake and Chat - An opportunity to have a chat with someone who lives with a Mental Health Condition, ask questions about what it is like and try and break the stigma of the illness

Lunch Time Dog Walk - The weather was a bit too hot for the dogs (we just had Gizmo join us) but we encouraged the team to get away from their desks for lunch and out into the sunshine for some fresh air and exercise.

Other events will include a social meal, some desk-based games and more opportunities to chat and ask questions.

Mental Health Awareness Week 2018 is a great time to think about how we can all address the causes of work-related stress or find advice and support on managing stress in our daily lives.
