National Apprenticeship Week 2020

National Apprenticeship Week celebrates the impact of apprenticeships on individuals, employers and the economy.

At AWP we work closely with Exeter College and have a workforce that is made up of 20% apprentices. Investing time at the beginning of a young person's career ensures they gain the knowledge and confidence to work their way into senior positions within the company. Our apprentices bring new ideas and dynamics to the table and watching their careers develop is incredibly rewarding.

We have won many awards for our apprenticeship program, including a Highly Commended at the recent South West Residential Property Awards.
