"The National Apprenticeship Awards allow talented apprentices and committed employers from across all regions to receive well-deserved recognition for their apprenticeship achievements. Winners recognised at these awards show the range of sectors and variety of job roles apprenticeships are available in, and how they can deliver the skills employers need. I congratulate AWP on their regional success and the very best of luck in the national stage of the competition."

Paintballing Social

25/07/17

The AWP culture has a work hard play hard mantra and this was never more true than on the paintballing social.

Playing as an AWP team against the commandos we fought hard through mud and woodland to capture the flag, defend the fort, blow up the bridge and generally survive.  16 went into the woods and 16 came out which we consider a successful morning's work, the fact that we won was an added bonus!  One of our apprentices Max sums up his experience in the blue box on the left of the screen.
