"I am very pleased to be able to provide you with a copy of the decision notice granting planning permission for Morlaix House, which I received this morning, alongside the S106 Agreement which was completed yesterday. The conditions are as discussed and agreed in principle with the case officer. I hope that this enables the next steps to be taken by Eagle One and the NHS Trust in their negotiations."

Planning application submitted for Wyatt Homes

We are currently working with Wyatt Homes on a number of their residential projects across Dorset, Somerset and Hampshire. We've recently undertaken our usual suite of engineering works to support a detailed planning application for the 2nd phase of their Charminster Farm development.

Construction of the 1st phase of 70 houses including a new Community Hall is currently progressing well on site and judging by the images above, will make a great contribution to this attractive West Dorset village.
