Planning permissions in Cornwall

Over the last couple of weeks, two projects we've been working on with long-standing client Wainhomes, have both secured planning permission.

At Bodmin, Phase 3 of the Dunmere Road scheme for the next 115 dwellings was granted permission by Cornwall Council. 

While at Liskeard, full detailed permission was granted for 207 new homes and outline permission was also secured for just under 1ha of A1, B1 and A3 uses.

We undertook our normal suite of Transport, Flood Risk, Drainageand Utilitieswork to support both successful applications.

Graham'steam are now undertaking the detailed infrastructure designof both schemes to help Wainhomes deliver this much needed new housing in Cornwall.
