"We are working with AWP on a number of our projects at the moment. We particularly like their ability to work as part of a team with our interests at heart and value the fact that they seem to have a good working relationship with local approving authorities."
We helped Wyatt Homes secure planning permission for the 1st phase of their Charminster Farm development back in 2015 by preparing a Transport Statement and Flood Risk Assessment. Construction of the 70 houses and a very impressive new Community Hall is currently progressing well on site as can be seen from the photos above.
We were subsequently appointed to undertake preliminary engineering work to support representations to WDDC for the longer term strategic allocation of approximately a further 500 dwellings.
Building on that work, we undertook the civil engineering input for a detailed planning for the next 52 dwellings which was granted planning consent in March 2019. We are currently developing designs for Phases 3 and 4 and recently attended a public consultation event in the new Community Hall to answer any transport and drainage queries the local residents raised.
