North Devon

This was one of our first commissions for Devonshire Homes after setting up AWP in 2012.

We undertook the engineering work to support a planning application for an initial phase of 31 houses on the edge of this market town in North Devon. This included a Transport Assessment and Flood Risk Assessment which helped secure the outline permission for Phase 1 in 2014. We subsequently undertook a Reserved Matters Application followed by the detailed infrastructure design securing the S278, S38 and S104 approvals.

Construction of this initial phase is now progressing well on site and we have therefore moved our attention to a second phase. We secured outline permission for Phase 2 of 64 dwellings in 2016 and have recently submitted a Reserved Matters Application in advance of undertaking the detailed design.

It's good to see these houses selling so well and helping address the shortfall of housing in North Devon.
