We have worked on this project from its earliest stages, helping secure the outline permission for the 40ha site which includes 650 dwellings and a primary school for up to approximately 250 pupils back in 2015. Since then we have undertaken the engineering works to support the RMA for the first construction phase, which is progressing well on site as can be seen in the photos above.
We prepared a comprehensive Transport Assessment and a Flood Risk Assessment and undertook the preliminary highway design of 1km of proposed new spine road through the site. Following the granting of outline planning permission in 2015 we were appointed to undertake further work liaising with utility providers to help inform the phasing of this large residential development.
We subsequently developed our preliminary designs to support a successful Reserved Matters Application during 2016.
We look forward to helping CG Fry deliver this strategic site over the next few years.
