We are pleased to report that Somerset Council has voted to approve a resolution to grant outline planning consent for up to 100 dwellings at land north of Coat Road, Martock. Working on behalf of one of our long-standing clients, Land Value Alliances LLP, AWP provided highways and drainage advice, including TA and FRA, to support the planning application. 

AWP Senior Engineer, James Blyth, also attended the planning committee meeting in Yeovil last week to speak in support of the proposals, and be on stand-by to answer any queries from councillors on the day.

Thanks to LVA and the whole project team, and we look forward to seeing the site come forward to the market very soon.
