"We are working with Peter Matravers and Dan Hart and their team at AWP at both of the large Duchy of Cornwall developments at Poundbury, Dorchester and Nansledan, Newquay. The latest piece of the masterplan jigsaw at Nansledan has been working up a detailed planning submission for the proposed primary school. Both Peter and Dan have added their expertise to the project team to enable this to be worked up and submitted within 10 weeks."

Cycle Social

The AWP cycle social returned this September, and the team got together to ride down along the River Exe cycle path to Turf Locks.

This was part of the Love to Ride Cycle September competition, which aims to get people outside and pedalling, with businesses taking part across the county to clock the most miles and claim bragging rights.

We picked a beautiful day for the event, with eight of us cycling down to the Turf Locks pub for a drink in the evening sun. The event was a great success, with some new team members getting involved and others getting back on the pedals for the first time in a while.

We hope to be back next year, and would like to give a special thanks to Route 2 Bikes for the bike hire and the Turf Locks pub for hosting!
