This was Backhouse Housing's first development and we were pleased to assist with the RMA and detailed infrastructure design.

We worked closely with Backhouse and project architect AHMM to develop a deliverable masterplan for this new development of 74 houses on the edge of Castle Cary. Chris led our team in preparing the Reserved Matters Application and Rodin's team subsequently undertook the detailed infrastructure design and secured the S104, S38 and S278 Technical Approvals.

We think the development looks really impressive and look forward to seeing this scheme completed over the next year or so.
