We're pleased to report that a number of projects that we have been working on have recently been granted planning permission:
The image above is of the proposed new 1,678sqm Waitrose foodstore on a brownfield site in Torrington.
In Bath, the Hope Housescheme was consented by PINS at Appeal.
Exeter City Council approved a new Skoda car dealershipon Marsh Barton.
The Bridge Centre (a charitable youth, sport, enterprise and community centre in Bideford) was approved by Torridge District Council.
And a large residential development at South Molton we worked on for long standing client Wainhomes also recently received detailed planning permission.
For each of these wide range of schemes we undertook the transport, highway access, flood risk, drainage or utilites work to help secure planning permissions for our clients.
