IiP Gold Celebration

A large box of cupcakes made their into way to the AWP office to celebrate our Gold Accrediation from Investors in People.
One of our aims when we set up AWP in 2012 was to be an excellent employer, and we think we do a pretty good job in most respects. One way we demonstate this is through our Investors in people, where we have held accrediations since 2016; initially at the Standard level and now at the Gold level.
Investors in People is the international standard for people management, defining what it takes to lead, support and manage people effectively to achieve sustainable results.
Our examiner Jo described AWP as 'one of the strongest organisations [she's] worked with' and said ‘the only advice I can offer is to keep doing what you’re doing’.
A surprise box of Cupcakes was dropped into the office topped with a logo combining both AWP and IiP in regonition and celebration of our team and the work that went into our gold accreditation - they were delicious!
