The conditions are as discussed and agreed in principle with the case officer. I hope that this enables the next steps to be taken by Eagle One and the NHS Trust in their negotiations."

Landscape Institute Awards 2018 - Winner

We were delighted to see Clifton Emery Design's excellent design for the regeneration of Poole Park Road, in Barne Barton, Plymouth win the Urban Design and Masterplanning category at this year's LI Awards. 

It's the 2nd time in 3 years that we have been part of a Clifton Emery led team that has won a LI national award. 

Alex led our team's input on this project preparing the Transport Statement and providing engineering input into the developing masterplan.

We look forward to seeing the scheme being built out, which will transform this part of Plymouth.
