"In trying and uncertain times, Exeter has shown itself to be an incredibly resilient and resourceful city. Initiatives like 'Tribe' are testament to that and every business that has signed up to the pledge has my full support."

Over the last couple of weeks we have received the good news that 3 projects that we have been recently working on have all secured planning permissions.

Winchester House, Bracknell. This is a £50m development to demolish Bracknell's derelict former 3M building and replace it with a 19 storey building housing 311 homes. We have worked closely with architect SOM undertaking the engineering work to support the planning application for our mutual client Comer Group. The CGI above shows the proposed scheme, which is reproduced courtesy of SOM.

Premier Inn, Honiton. This is a new 66 bed hotel on the site of the former Turks Head motel in Honiton on behalf of Yelverton Properties.

Westward Ho!This permission for 132 dwellings and 126m2 of retail floor space was granted following an Appeal at which Ianprovided technical input on highways and drainage matters.

These 3 projects demonstrate the diversity of development projects that we have been pleased to work on over the last few months.

We recently had an excellent evening at the Michelmores / WMN Property Awardsafter being shortlisted in the Professional Firm of the Year category. Our congratulations go to the winners - Poynton Bradbury Wynter Cole Architects. We’re already thinking of projects to enter for one of the categories next year
