The conditions are as discussed and agreed in principle with the case officer. I hope that this enables the next steps to be taken by Eagle One and the NHS Trust in their negotiations."

Planning Approval in Somerset

We were pleased to see that Backhouse Housing's new development at Castle Cary has recently been granted planning permission.

The 74 home development is being designed by Stirling Prize winning architects Allford Hall Monaghan Morris. The AWP team, led by Chris Yalden, worked closely with the AHMM team to integrate sustainable drainage solutions into shared communal spaces in the developing masterplan. The end result is a very attractive layout which we are looking forward to seeing built out through 2018.

We are currently undertaking the detailed infrastructure design to obtain the S38 and S104 Technical Approvals to enable construction works to start early in the New Year.
