"AWP certainly share the 'get busy living mindset' we have at the Matt Hampson foundation, [they] continually put the needs of the team first, actively looking to support and collaborate with others. Throughout our Wilderness-Solutions/Woodbury Park team-development day, AWP looked to get better in all they did; welcoming feedback and demonstrating the energy, warmth and commitment that comes from a business that puts time and investment into developing its people and culture."

We've recently been appointed to undertake the detailed infrastructure design for a new mixed use development on the eastern edge of Truro for one of our long standing clients, Zero C. Over the last couple of years we've been pleased to work with Zero C on a number of their high quality residential schemes includingPoundbury in Dorset and Waddesdon in Buckinghamshire. In addition to the proposed crescent (image above), the scheme includes further townhouses and apartments, a new Waitrose foodstore and a 1300 space park and ride facility for Truro.

We've recently helped secure planning permissions for a number of sites including the Cavanna Homes site at Clyst St Mary, Exeter and the latest phase of Hitchcock's Business Park in Mid Devon.

We mentioned last month that we now have a team of 23 here. Any of you who have been to meetings in our office recently will appreciate it's a bit of a squeeze. So, to address this we're expanding the office by taking over the rest of the first floor. Inevitably there will be a bit of disruption while the fit out works are undertaken early next month, but hopefully by the middle of October everything will be complete and we'll be able to welcome you all to our shiny new office.

And finally this month, congratulations to Matt, Jake and Jon who all recently passed their BTEC level 4 (HNC) in Civil Engineering at Exeter College. Well done guys!
