Team building training

This year we once again joined Paul at Woodbury for an afternoon of team building activites focussing on 'success and sustain.' 

Tasks included launching catapults, powering rockets, building flag poles and fishing for 'TNT' whilst blindfolded. The aim was for the teams to hone their communication and collaboration skills, learn when they need to look elsewhere for support and resources and how best to prioritise tasks to get the best out of themselves and those around them. And as always Paul's infectious enthusiasm ensured the afternoon was enjoyed by all.

The afternoon finished with a team BBQ overlooking Woodbury golf course.
