We were appointed by Summerfield Homes to prepare a Transport Statement and a Flood Risk Assessment to support the detailed planning application for a scheme of 23 new dwellings including 5 affordable units on land off Taunton Road, Wellington.

Chris led our team in undertaking this work which included a successful challenge to the Environment Agency over the accuracy of their flood zone mapping.

Rodin's team have subsequently undertaken the S38 and S104 detailed infrastructure design work to enable Summerfield to start construction works on site.

Somerset West and Taunton Council granted planning permission in February 2020.
