Approval for next phase of Jurston Fields
25/06/20
We were delighted to hear that the next phase of CG Fry's Jurston Fields development in Wellington, Somerset has received reserved matters approval this week. This next phase will consist of 190 new homes and the formation of new pedestrian and cycle routes and public open space.
We have worked on this project from its earliest stages, helping secure the outline permission for the 40ha site which includes 650 dwellings and a primary school for up to approximately 250 pupils back in 2015. Since then we have undertaken the engineering works to support the RMA for the first construction phase, which is progressing well on site as can be seen in the photos above.
Dan has led our infrastucture design teams working on this project liaising with CG Fry's in-house team and Rodin's team have assisted by undertaking the detailed design of the roundabout securing the S278 agreement.
