We prepared a Transport Statement and Flood Risk Assessment to help long-standing client CG Fry obtain detailed planning permission for this development of 22 new homes in 2016.

We've subsequently undertaken the detailed infrastructure design and obtained the S38 and S104 Technical Approvals to enable work to start on site. Construction is progressing well, and we look forward to seeing the development completed later this year.
